Creando Comunidad
Para que su equipo este relacionalmente conectados entre sí y contigo -unidos en propósito y visión - creciendo espiritualmente -esta es nuestra meta final! Para establecer las bases de la comunidad del equipo:
CREA un gran ambiente para su equipo - que sea divertido para estar juntos. Hagan reuniones pre-servicio y un espacio dedicado a pasar estar juntos después.
CONÉCTATE con tu equipo. Crea para cada equipo un servicio de correo electrónico o las listas de grupos de Facebook que mantengan a todos en contacto e informados sobre las peticiones de oración o reportes de alabanza, cuando el equipo "gana", y mensiones. Reunirse con los miembros del equipo durante la semana. Realizar llamadas telefónicas de aliento.
ESTAR DISPONIBLE para su equipo. Como su líder, ellos haran lo que ejemplifique el modelo. Si estás abierto y disponible, también ellos lo estarán. Dedicar un tiempo durante la semana para llamar/ enviar texto / e-mail sólo para decir hola y hacerles saber que los aprecias! Esto agregará valor a cada uno como individuo y aumentará su deseo de servir junto a usted, alguien en quien confian y aman.
IR A COMER como un equipo después de su servicio del domingo, o ir al café en las noches de miércoles o durante la semana. Sal fuera de los muros de Nuevo Horizonte y conozcanse más profundamente.
APRECIA su equipo a través de eventos como picnics trimestrales, salidas, bowling, y fiestas en la piscina. Lleva a tu equipo fuera de la iglesia y deja que se conozcan unos a otros en un entorno diferente. Tómese el tiempo para expresar su agradecimiento por su dedicación - escribir notas de agradecimiento, enviar tarjetas de regalo o sorpresa con sus dulces favoritos.
COMUNICA la visión global y objetivo de su equipo. Los equipos funcionan mejor con un objetivo común. Llena tu gente con las herramientas para
TENER ÉXITO en esta área del ministerio.
DESARROLLA UNA IGLESIA EN UNA IGLESIA. Usted quiere hacer que la iglesia se sienten más íntima cada oportunidad que tenga. Esto significa pastorear a su equipo entre los domingos o entre miércoles. Conectate con ellos y cubrelos con oración fuera de los servicios y reuniones regulares.
TOME EL TIEMPO para construir las relaciones de su equipo. La comunidad se nutre y crece a través de pasos reflexivos e intencionales en la comunicación. Anima a su equipo a través de estos actos cotidianos simples y usted estará en camino a la construcción de UNA IGLESIA UNIDA!
Building Community
To have your team relationally connected to each other and to you – united in purpose and vision – growing spiritually – this is our ultimate goal! To lay the foundation of team community:
CREATE a great environment for your team – make it fun to be together. Have pre-service meetings and a dedicated place to hang out afterwards.
CONNECT with your team. Create individual service team e-mail lists or Facebook groups that keep everyone in touch and informed about prayer requests or praise reports, team "wins," and shout-outs. Meet with team members throughout the week. Place phone calls of encouragement.
BE AVAILABLE to your team. As their leader, they will model what you exemplify. If you are open and available, they will be too. Set aside time during the week to call/text/e-mail just to say hello and let them know that you appreciate them! This will add value to each one as an individual and will increase their desire to serve alongside you, someone they trust and love.
GO TO LUNCH as a team after their Sunday service, or go to coffee on Wednesday nights. Step outside the walls of New Horizon and get to know each other deeper.
APPRECIATE your team through quarterly events like picnics, hikes, bowling, and pool parties. Take your team off-site and let them get to know each other in a different setting. Take the time to express your appreciation for their dedication -- write thank you notes, send gift cards or surprise them with their favorite candies.
COMMUNICATE the overall vision and goal for your team. Teams operate best with a common goal. Fill your folks with the tools to
SUCCEED in this area of ministry.
DEVELOP A CHURCH WITHIN A CHURCH. You want to make church feel more intimate every chance you get. This means pastoring your team between Sundays or between Wednesdays. Connect with them and cover them in prayer outside of regular above and beyond Pre-Service Meeting times.
TAKE THE TIME to build your team's relationships. Community is nurtured and grown through thoughtful, intentional strides at communication. Empower your team through these simple everyday acts and you're on your way to building A UNIFIED CHURCH!
